Revolution in sling training
Using the 4D Pro sling trainer 3.0, the possibilities of sling training are multiply upgraded. In contrast to common sling trainers, you can train with stiff slings with the sling trainer 3.0 or switch to elastic sling training. Due to the flexible resistance, an additional training stimulus is given, which trains your muscles even more intensively during every exercise.
Even more effective than its predecessor In just few steps, you can turn the sling trainer 3.0 from a stiff to a well-known flexible sling trainer. Compared to the predecessor, it weighs even less. Hence, the handles and lambda tubes do no longer have little D-rings but sturdily sewn slings. That makes the 4D Pro sling trainer 3.0 lighter by a few grammes and also even more loadable. In addition, the already high rubber quality in the strength-tension-curve is optimised. The bands offer an unprecedented dynamic.
The combination of handles and neoprene slings enlarges the contact area and relieves the wrists. At the same time, a high power transmission is made possible. The resistant rubber and the sturdy aluminium core make the 4D Pro sling trainer 3.0 even more stable and more loadable.
