The bench and backrest can be adjusted for the BodyCraft multi-gym Mini Xpress suits the user's height and the leverage ratio in an ideal way. This is important in order to perform the strength training exercises correctly. A sturdy frame and strong steel ropes ensure safety and stability during the exercise. BodyCraft Kraftstation Mini Xpress – a wide range of exercises for versatile strength training

You will be amazed by what this small and compact BodyCraft multi-gym has to offer. Despite its small dimensions, the Mini Xpress convinces with a great variety of exercises. The base unit alone already allows to perform a large number of chest, shoulder, arm, back, ab and leg exercises. The cable arms can be adjusted easily so that not only normal but also decline and incline flies can be done. In a low position, the cable arms can be used as low pulley for even more exercise options. The mid pulley above the seat is perfect for an intense ab workout.

The supplied standard weight stack (14 x 4,5 kg) is not sufficient for you? The BodyCraft Mini Xpress comes with an additional weigth plate holder which allows to upgrade the weight stack with extra weight (sold separately).
