Fitbit Charge 3 – the improved successor with innovative functions.

In addition to the continuous heart rate readings, Fitbit have integrated real-time measurements in your heart rate zones. This function is ideal for setting and measuring your training zones. Especially when training to burn fat to see quicker results.
You can also get personalised breathing exercises based on your heart rate to find moments of rest. In whichever zone you find yourself in. Of course with the Fitbit Charge 3 you can vary your training thanks to the 15 different training modes. From cycling, yoga, circle training, running or swimming - you'll always find a suitable sport for the current sessions. Set some goals and track your statistics thanks to the real-time measurements direct on your wrist. Thanks to the automatic training recognition your Charge 3 can recognise your activity and records it for you. Connect the Charge 3 with your smartphone to receive real-time information for example your speed and kilometers travelled in a day. Ideal for setting new challenges while cycling or running Thanks to being waterproof up to 50m you can not only wear the watch while showering but also while swimming in the pool or doings laps at the aquatic centre.

The integrated activity tracker gives you the classic features like calories burnt, steps taken, recorded kilometers and activity status as well as am evaluation about your sleep quality. Here the Fitbit Charge 3 shows your sleep phases and gives valuable information about light, deep and REM sleep phases. Unique to the Fitbit brand is the female health feature. Thanks to the Fitbit app women can log their periods, calculate the cycle and save their symptoms.

Fitbit Charge 3 – now availble with touchscreen and quick replies

Fitbit has also made some changes in their design. The larger OLED touchscreen display made from Corning Gorilla Glass 3 is black with white text and automatically adjusts to the surrounding lighting conditions. The physical button from its predecessor is gone and has been replaced with a touch button, made more present by a small notch.
Always stay up-to-date as soon as your Fitbit Charge 3 is connected with your smartphone -never miss a notification from calls, your calendar or other messages from your favourite apps. The newest function, Quick Replies, is currently only available on android devices. This should be available for other operating systems in the very near future.

In the special edition the Charge 3 includes the Fitbit Pay function. Save your credit card details in the Fitbit app and pay card-less thanks to the NCF sensor. The Charge 3 is built with an improved battery, that has a running time of up to 7 days. To fully charge it again only takes up to 2 hours. The Fitbit activity tracker Charge 3 armband is available in sizes S and L. So that your Charge 3 will comfortably fit your wrist size.
