The backrest can be adjusted to 7 different angles, from -20° up to 85°, so that exercises such as negative bench press are possible with the Taurus Weight Bench B450. The seat can also be adjusted to 3 different positions.
Use the Taurus Weight Bench B450 in upright position to do shoulder exercises or isolated biceps curls. The comfortable cushioning supporting the back is a little wider in the hip area and gets smaller in the upper back area to ensure optimal mobility for shoulder muscles.
The Taurus Weight Bench B450 has a sturdy steel frame. It has a double back strut for perfect stability. Thanks to the transport wheels and the practical handle below the seat, the Taurus Weight Bench B450 is comfortable to move. The wide stabilisers ensure additional security during training.
