Cast-iron weight plates of third generation exclusively at Fitshop


The exclusive Sport-Tiedje 3G-weight plates have grip holes which allow to easily pick up and put on the cast-iron weight plates on dumbbell and barbell bars. The solid Sport-Tiedje 3G-weight plates with a hole of 30.5 mm are excellent for dumbbell/barbell workouts at home or strength training in a gym.

The Sport-Tiedje 3G-weight plates with grip holes are available in weight classes of 2.5 kg, 5 kg, 10 kg, 15 kg, 20 kg, and 25 kg. Because of their small size, 0.5kg and 1.25 kg cast iron weight plates do not have grip holes.
