The Inspire CFT Commercial Functional Trainer has two adjustable pulleys that can be used separately. Each pulley is connected to a 95 kg weight block with a 2:1 resistance ratio, enabling maximum strength training sessions. The CFT's heavy-duty steel frame and strong, nylon-coated steel cables provide exceptional stability.

Thanks to its various adjustment options and included accessories, the Inspire CFT enables a comprehensive full-body workout. The two cable pulleys can be moved through 232 degrees and adjusted to 35 different positions with just one hand. The CFT comes with two D-handles for classic cable pull exercises, a dual hook curl bar and a dual hook straight bar for pulling movements, as well as a triceps rope for chest and triceps exercises. The Inspire CFT also comes with narrow and wide multi-grip pull-up handles, as well as two rock-climbing grips for training grip strength. The multi-purpose belt included in the delivery set can be used to support many different exercises.
