The resistance system is a core feature of rowers. Depending on the chosen system, the rowing motion can be regular and even or similar to rowing in nature , where the resistance varies depending on the pulling force. Accessories such as a training computer with training programmes, a heart rate meter, a USB/PC port as well as transport wheels make for a more comfortable and effective training and contribute to positive ratings
High stability depends on the construction of the frame, its weight and the floor space of the machine. The more stable the rower, the higher the max. user weight and the more durable the machine. Rowing machines with good stability stand more safely during intensive training with vigorous strokes.

With the Baltic Rower Pro, you can adapt your rowing training precisely to your performance level: the basic resistance can be regulated in six stages according to the amount of water in the tank. As a beginner, for example, start at a low level and then increase step by step – the marking on the tank clearly shows you the levels.

Pretty steep: the Baltic Rower Pro has a diagonal rather than a level tank. The rowing machine is also available in two modern colour variants – with a blue or grey tank and a red paddle. With its unusual design, this sturdy rower enhances your home or fitness room in your hotel, club or office.

In the Pro version, the Baltic Rower comes with a raised seat. This makes it much easier to sit down and get up again. Rowers appreciate a comfortable seat height, especially after intensive training. The seat is softly padded and, thanks to rubber rollers, it runs almost noiselessly over the rails.

The display can be swivelled, so you can see the training data easily. Choose from a variety of rowing programmes: you can specify an individual time, distance or number of calories, row a race and much more. Thanks to the tablet holder, you can even watch a series at the same time or row around the world with Kinomap.

Make waves: rowing machine with adjustable water resistance

The water resistance when rowing on flat water is always the same. Rowing intensity depends primarily on the rowing speed. This is also the case with common water rowing machines. This natural lack of water has now been remedied with the Baltic Rower Pro. The basic resistance for the cardiostrong Rowing Machine Baltic Rower Pro can be set in six steps, depending on how full the tank is. There are clear markings on the tank for this purpose. In addition to a "relaxed" rowing tour on the lake in the city park, the indoor rower also offers the opportunity to row the uphill rapids.

But that is not the only highlight of the water resistance system on the Baltic Rower Pro. The second highlight is the particularly sporty and chic design. First of all, the tank is installed at an angle, which looks good and has the practical advantage of saving a few centimetres in the length of the rowing machine. The Baltic Rower Pro is also available in two different colours: with a blue or red tank.

Sit on dry land and still get wet!

With the precision-adjustable console, soft seat (supple upholstery and comfortable seat height of 40 cm) and ergonomically sound foot spacing, you could think that training on the cardiostrong Rowing Machine Baltic Rower Pro is pretty cushy. It can be, but the indoor rower is also suitable for all performance levels, from athletes in rehab to top competing athletes. This is ensured by its outstanding stability, for example, which is demonstrated by a maximum user weight of 170 kg and its approval for use in the semi-professional sector. If you like, you can work up a sweat on the Baltic Rower Pro.

Of course, training on the cardiostrong Rowing Machine Baltic Rower Pro is also comfortable. In addition to the points mentioned above, the tablet holder on the console and the particularly quiet running rail contribute to its creature comforts. After training, the cardiostrong Rower can easily be stood on end to save space.

On your marks, get set, go!

The Baltic Rower Pro has a clear and easy-to-use console with a total of 18 programmes and a recovery test, which gives you a fitness grade based on your recovery rate. The programmes include some classics of rowing training, such as 2,000 m or 10,000 m programmes, but also target programmes for distance, time or calories. For those who can only spare a few minutes to do exercise, the Baltic Rower Pro also offers particularly intensive interval programmes to achieve more in a short amount of time. In the racing programme, you can measure yourself against the computer: choose from 15 levels.

A tablet holder is also attached to the console. When you have set the right exercise programme, you can then easily watch your favourite series. Or you can use the front camera of your tablet and the Kinomap app and watch real rowing videos while you row. The speed of the film can even be adjusted to your rowing speed.

Sehr wertiges Rudergerät! Gut verarbeitet. Display könnte etwas besser sein. Hier hat man etwas gespart. Es erfüllt trotzdem absolut seinen Zweck. Fußstützen sind nicht ohne Schuhe verwendbar. Kanten schneiden ein. Aber auch über das kann man hinwegsehen. Gerät ist sehr leise und läuft sehr gut. Würde es wieder kaufen.

Meine Entscheidung viel auf den Baltic Rower Pro. Bestellt Anfang März, Lieferung am ??? Die Rechnung wurde bereits bezahlt , leider habe ich noch keinen Liefertermin der Spedition. Das Gerät machte einen sehr stabilen und guten Eindruck Durch den schief angebrachten Tank gibt es so gut wie keinen toten Ruderpunkt und das Rudergerät ist sehr leise. Der Schlitten gleitet gleichmäßig über die Schienen und wackelt nicht. Der Durchzug war regemäßig und stockte an keinem Zugpunkt. Ich hoffe der Aufbau wird so Einfach wie, in den meisten Bewertungen beschrieben steht. Mal abwarten wann es denn endlich geliefert wird. Daher kann ich im Moment nur 4 Sterne vergeben. Haben das Rudergerät übers Internet bezogen, ohne es vorher in einem shop anzusehen oder zu testen. Ich muss sagen, unsere Wahl war sehr gut. das Gerät kam innerhalb kurzer Zeit und war ordentlich verpackt. Das Gerät ist unsere zweite Bestellung bei Sport Tiedje und ergänzt das Laufband, um fit zu bleiben. Super tevreden van deze waterroeier. Ik kwam oorspronkelijk voor de concept 2 airroeier. Maar de afwerking, stevigheid, het model, de opberging (recht opzetten) en uiteraard de konstande weerstand waardoor ik veel Beter gevoel had in mijn rug en het aangename (ligt) watergeluid... Was ik helemaal verkocht. Top ????????
