The Life Fitness X1 Go Cross Trainer sets standards in technology and comfort

The X1 Go is built for tried-and-tested Life Fitness Quality. The durable, robust frame has a load capacity of up to 158 kg and can withstand intensive workouts. Another important feature of the Life Fitness X1 Go is its comfortable, even concentricity, for a feeling of natural movement. The X1 Go Cross Trainer's 50.8 cm long stride length makes for a pleasant, elliptical sequence of motions. The small distance between the foot plates (less than 5 cm) provides extra comfort while training. The foot plates on the X1 Go are also designed with ergonomics in mind: measuring 41 x 18 cm, they offer sufficient space, while the non-slip surface ensures a secure footing. In addition, the X1 Go wins points with its innovative WhisperStride technology: hardwearing ball bearings are used in the articulations, which guarantees that your run will be particularly quiet and joint-friendly. In addition, you can move forwards and backwards on the X1 Go, which allows you to vary the demands you make on your muscles.

In addition, the fixed ErgoGrip handle bar ensures stability when training the lower half of the body. The low ascent height of less than 17 cm rounds off the X1 Go's reputation as a comfortable cross trainer par excellence. Another of the Life Fitness X1 Go Cross Trainer's useful functions is the Energy Saver button. This reduces the energy consumption of the X1 Go by up to 90% when the cross trainer is not in use.

You can keep an eye on training data such as heart rate, distance, time etc. on the large LCD display. The X1 Go's training computer is designed for intuitive use. In just a few steps, you can select your favourite programme. The Life Fitness X1 Go Cross Trainer features 13 different programmes for a motivating workout. With the 5 heart rate controlled programmes, you can effectively adapt your workout to your fitness level. The Life Fitness X1 Go Cross Trainer measures heart rate with the supplied chest strap or the hand pulse sensors on the side bars. As well as this, two users can create and save personalised workout programmes in the Life Fitness X1 Go computer and call it up at any time.

Notes on console variants

The Life Fitness console is available in German and English. The functions are completely identical. Only the labelling on the console differs. Both consoles display the data in the metric system (km/h).

I am very happy with this purchase. The machine is stable, totally quiet, and friendly. Very good ergonomics for the legs and hands and the display provides all the info you need plus it has heart rate wireless and many programs in various levels so any user can find his personal training style. Bin vom Cardio Laufband TX90 positiv überrascht. Es funktioniert einwandfrei und die Bedienung ist ebenfalls benutzerfreundlich. Optisch gibt es nichts auszusetzen und das Design ist sehr modern gehalten.Das einzige Manko war das Gewicht des Laufbandes.
