I bought the SmartRow back in December last year, since then I have done about 500Km using it. It was straightforward to fit taking about 45mins. The app has been updated a couple of times already, adding new features and improved summary data as well as Strava integration. It pairs with the app using Bluetooth without any problems and the app also pairs with my H10 Polar HR strap. If you want to bring your Waterrower into the 21st century this is the answer! II find the pace boat and force curves the most useful features while rowing. The only disadvantages at the moment are there is not a results website or online racing facility but I understand these are under development.

I am very satisfied with Concept 2. Together with slides is the winning combination. It really slides very smooth and makes you feel the strength of strokes. Very easy to assemble and train wherever you are.

A good accessory for lat exercises. Easy to install and the usage is quite easy once you tried it a couple of times. One disadvantage is that the lower trunk of the slimbeam must be moved to easily move the cable to the two rollers and to change resistance.

This is basically a pad that sits on the top of the seat, rather than a cover (it is not actually fixed to the seat). At first I was worried that it would move during use but so far that doesn't seem to be a problem. It does improve the comfort of the rowing machine, if you are using it for a long time.
