A versatile trap bar for maximum freedom of movement
The Nike Open Trap Bar was developed to allow for maximum range of movement and flexibility during strength training exercises. The open frame not only helps in performing classic deadlifts but also lunges, rows, farmers walks and other carry exercises.The trap bar features knurled steel handles with a 32-mm diameter at two grip heights. The choice of high or low handles lets you adjust for your desired range of movement, personal height and fitness goal. The “Jack-System” inspired by Nike’s sneakers makes it easier to load and unload weight plates, thereby sparing your back. The nearly 2-metre long trap bar weighs 29 kg and can be loaded up with plates that have a 50-mm hole for a maximum load of 410 kg.
