With the Assault Rower Pro, you can bring a high-intensity, hardcore gym machine home with you. The rower uses a scaled-down version of the fan blade system from the Assault’s popular air bike. You determine the intensity – the harder you row, the more challenging the resistance gets. You are both your own partner and opponent on this rowing machine designed with HIIT in mind.

Built for the gym, optimised for home use

This rower was designed for high-intensity use. The frame made of strong stainless steel supports the high-quality aluminium rail. The hybrid drive system uses both a chain and a band, with the durable chain to directly withstand strong pulling forces, and the band enclosed in the housing to ensure smooth rowing stroke behaviour. The handle is ergonomically shaped to provide excellent grip and keep your hands comfortable even after long workout sessions. The comfortable handle won’t be a distraction, so you can better concentrate on your workout. The footplates are made of steel to give you firm, stable support while you row. A locking pin can also fix the seat in place in various positions. The option to practice static rowing offers you a more varied workout with more of a focus on the upper body.

Effective training with a simple console

The Assault console is as simple as it is ingenious. The screen provides a clear overview of all the important workout parameters, and the quick-select buttons allow you to jump into typical workout programmes like 20-10 interval training, or create your own custom user programme. You can start a programme by setting a target value to reach or do heart rate controlled programme if you’re also using a compatible Bluetooth or ANT chest strap

With the Assault rowing machine Rower Pro both beginners and seasoned athletes are sure to get their money’s worth. Beginners can quickly learn the basic console controls and develop their rowing technique, and experienced rowers can take advantage of the flexible training options, lock the seat into a stationary position and test their strength and willpower against the unlimited air resistance.
