The Taurus Spotter Arms are 44 cm long and can be adjusted to different heights, ensuring just the right height for different exercises.
The Taurus Spotter Arms are the perfect addition to exercises such as bench press, squats and shoulder presses. They provide an additional storage level, ensuring your workout is more varied and safer. When working out, the Taurus Spotter Arms can be easily placed into the holes of the barbell rack to catch the barbell bar when needed or to pick it up easily when doing bench presses.
