Great features and excellent ergonomics

The Kettler HOI Tour+ Exercise Bike has everything you could ask for: Whether you're a beginner or an ambitious athlete, the HOI Tour+ adapts to you. Thanks to the incline-adjustable handlebars and the comfortable gel saddle, which can be adjusted both horizontally and vertically, you'll find the perfect riding position. The low step-through frame makes it easy to get on and off the bike.

Well-designed workout programmes and precise resistance control

The 19 workout programmes offer variety and precise control over your training. In addition to the standard goal-based programmes, there are six interval programmes and a custom programme that you can tailor to your own preferences. The heart rate programmes are also important. Here, you can choose to either train at a constant heart rate or at heart rate intervals. For the latter option, you set two values: a maximum and a minimum heart rate. Once you reach the maximum value, the resistance decreases until you reach the minimum heart rate. Then, the resistance increases again.

Most programmes offer two training modes: auto and manual. In auto mode, you set a target power in watts, which is then maintained at a constant level. Since wattage is calculated based on resistance level and cadence, a higher resistance level will be set at a lower cadence — and vice versa. In manual mode, you simply select the desired resistance level.

Der HOI Tour+ wurde perfekt verpackt geliefert. Der Zusammenbau war gut beschrieben. Mit den unteren Plastikabdeckungen hatte ich etwas Mühe. Der HOI Tour+ ist sehr wertig und im Betrieb extrem leise. Die Menüführung und Steuerung ist einfach und selbsterklärend. Ich bin mit dem Kauf sehr zufrieden.
