Versatile training station with an array of practical options

The adjustable multi-press arms of the Kinetic F5 allow for many exercise variations: classic bench press, rows, shoulder press – everything from a single station with quick and convenient adjustment options. Attached to the arms are also loop handles for simulating free cable exercises – ideal for functional training. A lower attachment on end of the leg extension / leg curl bar can be used for standing bicep curls or low rows when seated on the floor. The upper cable attachment is optimal for lat pulldowns, tricep extensions and other exercises that target the back and arms.

Leg press upgrade – can be retrofitted at a later time

A special highlight of the Kinetic F5 is the optional Leg Press as a significant addition to the lower-body training options. It easily installs onto the base model to make your multi-gym experience even more comprehensive. Even with the add-on, this setup is still comparatively compact to fit nearly any fitness area.

Bin sehr zufrieden, Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist klasse! Diese Kraftstation wirkt hochwertig und funktioniert richtig gut. Tolle Lösung mit Griffschlaufen für Butterfly-Übungen, die ich so noch nirgends gesehen haben.
