The right temperature for any problem

You can choose between three different temperatures for heat or cold therapy. Once the temperature has been selected, the RecoveryTherm Cube runs for a certain time and switches off automatically when this time has elapsed. This ensures that the healthiest possible temperature is used and prevents hypothermia or burns.

Heat therapy is best used when you feel sore after exercise or just want to relax your muscles in general. You can also use heat to improve circulation and stimulate your metabolism.
Cold therapy, on the other hand, has an anti-inflammatory effect and reduces swelling. You can counteract bleeding and bruising with cold therapy and relieve pain.
Contrast therapy uses a combination of hot and cold back to back. The temperature changes every 5 minutes. This stimulates blood circulation and promotes muscle regeneration.
