When you purchase the NOHRD Swing Board Cherry, you’re receiving a top-quality work of craftsmanship. Each Swing Board can hold up to four pairs of SwingBell weights so they can easily be plucked from the wall and used.
The SwingBell weights are shaped and sewn by hand. The extraordinary quality and functionality of the weights is apparent even to those with limited weight training or fitness experience. The genuine leather pouches containing loose iron pellets are attached to wooden handles. The shifting of the iron granules can be felt, and this encourages similarly fluid and more effective exercise movements.
The Swing Board is available in different wood types to match your room’s interior. The Swing Board is simply mounted to a wall and, aside from being a practical storage solution, it’s also a sophisticated conversation piece.
