Da die Zeit fürs Fitnessstudio immer knapp ist, war ich auf der Suche nach Alternativen. Fitnessbänder waren so eine. Allerdings bin ich damit nicht wirklich glücklich geworden.
So entdeckte ich als Exopek. Preis ist zwar ordentlich hoch-aber Probieren geht über Studieren.
Erster Eindruck- gute Qualität. Das Anlegen geht (nach ein paar mal) auch relativ schnell.
Dann mal nach einem Video trainiert-was soll ich sagen es ist effektiver als ich dachte. Aber es wirkt. Mich hat das Gerät erstmal überzeugt. Haltbarkeit und Ergebnisse-das wird sich im Laufe der Zeit herausstellen.... [les videre]
